Online Graduate Application
System
STEP 0: CREATING NEW USER ID
·
Click the Graduate Application System.
·
Click the New Application button
·
Fill the registration form.
·
Write your e-mail address and create a password.
·
Click the Create User button.
·
An e-mail indicating the receipt of registration and a
verification code is sent to the new applicant.
·
Go back to the Graduate Application System login page.
·
Re-enter your e-mail address and the password you have
created. Click the Login button.
·
Verification page opens.
·
Enter the verification code sent by email to the
verification code box.
·
You will reach the main menu upon approval of the
verification code.
STEP 1: APPLICANT INFORMATION
FORM
In
this step you will be asked to fill the general information necessary for
application(s).
·
Fill in the Applicant Information Form.
·
Fields marked with * are mandatory.
·
If you have not completely filled the form you may
temporarily save it by clicking the Save Form button.
·
If you have completed the form click Submit Form button
to proceed to Step 2.
STEP 2: PROGRAM APPLICATION
FORM
In
this step you will apply to the program(s) of your choice
·
To apply for a program click Fill Program Application
Form.
·
Click Add Program
button to choose the program you will apply.
·
Fill the information
required and click the save application button.
·
To apply more than
one program click Add Program button again.
·
If you apply more
than one program you should indicate your preference order.
STEP 3: UPLOAD RECEIPT
·
If you have used national
payment channels to pay the application fee(s), skip this step.
·
If you have used
SWIFT to pay the application fee(s), upload your transaction receipt to the
system at this step.
STEP 4: SUBMITTING THE PROGRAM APPLICATION FORM
·
After saving the Program
Application Form at Step 2 proceed to step 4.
·
Choose the name of
the program that you would like to submit its application form and click submit
application button.
·
You will receive a
remark that your application has been sent. Once submitted you may not be
allowed to the any changes on your application. You may only revise
applications that are saved but not submitted yet.
STEP 5: TECHNICAL SUPPORT
E-mail us if you have any difficulties regarding
the use of the system.
STEP 6: APPLICATION STATUS
You may follow the status of your application at
this step.
STEP 7: EXITING THE SYSTEM
Exit the system clicking Logout.
